Enabling the syncing options

Sync options are available after a Vrio billing connection and a shopify connection linked to a Shopify Billing APP are setup.

Where are the syncing options

Sync tab on the item page

When does Vrio Sync

Shopify -> Vrio

Whenever a product is edited in Shopify, Vrio gets a webhook with the updates. Those webhooks get processed every 30mins.
When loading the checkout page, if the product or variant in the cart is not in Vrio, we will sync it. Or if there is a pending webhook with updates, we will process it at that time.
From the Shopify connection sync tab, you can manually pull the products from shopify.

Vrio to Shopify

From the item sync tab, you can add the shops you want to sync too. And it will create a new product for each Vrio item.

Automatic Sync: Once an Item is linked to a shop connection, Vrio will automatically sync the following events:

Item / Item variation edit

Offer add

Offer cycle add/edit

Offer delete

Multiple Offers

You can link several offers to the same item, just by creating a new offer and selected the correct item. Then upon syncing you can select the offers you wanna use on each store.

In order to display the offers options on the store you will have to setup a custom product template.

Shopify Instant Discounts

If a product in the Shopify cart comes into the Vrio checkout with a discount that is not associated to any discount in Vrio, the discounted price from Vrio will be used. The offer price will not be updated, it will simply be treated as an Overridden price and flagged in Vrio.

If using additional offers for a customer to choose from while in Shopify, prices MUST be updated in Vrio.
