Once you are prepared to begin the sale of your item, you must incorporate your sales channel to the respective item and determine the desired selling method by adding offers.

You can add an Item(s) to a Campaign directly from the Item, or you can add multiple Items to a single Campaign within that particular Campaign.

To add an Item to a Campaign

Select the Item you wish to add
Navigate to Campaign tab
Add Campaignor select the Campaign you wish to sell this Item through
Select the Offer(s) you wish this Item to be sold
Select Submit

Adjust Price per Offer

The same base Item may be sold with different Offers (Example; One Time Sale, Monthly Subscription or 3 Month Prepaid Subscription). This is easily accomplished within Vrio.

When adding an Item to an Offer, the base Item price is what is used. However this can be adjusted on the Item/Ofer within the Campaign.

When adding the Offer, the default price from the Item will be set across all offers.
You are able to edit each individual Offer price by clicking on the three dots.

Select the Item you wish to edit
Click on the stacked dots next to the Item/Offer combination
Click Change Price
Update the Base Price, that will set the Price of the Item being sole on that Offer
1. Or adjust the price per variant, if applicable
Hit Submit

Direct Pay URL

Once an Item is associated with a Campaign, a direct pay URL is automatically created. This will use the checkout details associated with that Campaign.

On the Campaigns tab of the Item, you will see a shopping cart . Click on that and it will automatically copy the direct pay URL that can be used

Deleting an Item from a Campaign

To remove an Item from a campaign

Select the three dots next to the Item you wish to remove
Select Edit Campaign Item
Select Options
Select Delete Campaign Item
Hit Delete Now

Can I have multiple Campaign sell a single Item?

Yes. On the Campaign tab of the Item, add any Campaign you wish.
