Product = "Items + Offer" added to a specific Campaign

The item is what you are selling and the offer is how you want to sell it. This provides the maximum level of flexibility, meaning Vrio can support many types of products being sold and the billing models businesses utilize. The unique "Item + Offer" combination is added to a Campaign. This forms the unique thing sold: Campaign_Item_Offer.

Campaign

The campaign is the container for all configuration. Businesses can segment different approaches to provide unique access points, branding and payment connectivity.

Payments

Vrio is integrated to the most popular payment gateways through direct integrations. Businesses can enhance reliability by adding more than one payment gateway and using our payment router to intelligently send payments based on our internal logic engine.

Shipments

Vrio is integrated to the most popular third party fulfillment providers through direct integrations. Businesses can leverage native tools for additional capabilities around order bundling, fulfillment location and shipping costs. Webhooks exist to connect internal order management systems when required.
