Midigator
Midigator is a chargeback management platform that helps businesses prevent disputes and recover lost revenue from chargebacks. The platform automatically processes prevention alerts, handles rapid dispute resolution (RDR), and manages chargeback representment.
VRIO integrates with Midigator to automatically sync transaction data and handle dispute notifications, enabling automated responses to prevent chargebacks before they occur.
How VRIO + Midigator Works Together
The Protection Flow
- Transaction completed → VRIO automatically sends order details to Midigator
- Dispute occurs → Midigator receives alerts from card networks (Ethoca/Verifi)
- Smart decision → Automatically refund prevention alerts or fight winnable chargebacks
- You stay protected → Recover revenue and prevent ratio damage
What Events Does Midigator Track?
Midigator listens for this key event in your VRIO platform:
- Order Updated → Automatically sends transaction details to Midigator when orders are modified
Additionally, Midigator sends webhooks back to VRIO for:
- Chargeback notifications → When disputes are filed against your transactions
- Prevention alerts → Early warnings from Ethoca/Verifi before disputes become chargebacks
- RDR alerts → Visa's rapid dispute resolution notifications
This creates a complete chargeback defense system with real-time data flow in both directions.
