Creating an Item

An item is a product or service that is sold online through an ecommerce website.

Items can include physical products that are shipped to a customer, as well as digital products where access is granted.

In ecommerce, each item typically has its own product page, which includes a description of the item, images or videos, pricing information, and other relevant details. Customers can add items to their online shopping carts and complete their purchase by entering payment and shipping information.
