To Bulk Cancel Subscriptions

  1. Navigate to Search from the top navigation
  2. Click on the Order Offers tab
  3. Click Filters to open the query builder
  4. Set the Status filter to Active (or your desired filters)
  5. Click Apply to filter the list
  6. Select the checkboxes next to the order offers you want to cancel
  7. Click the Edit X Selected dropdown button
  8. Select Cancel

    • Choose a Cancel Reason from the dropdown
    • Type Cancel Now in the confirmation field
    • Optionally add notes
