How to reactivate a subscription

  1. Under the Subscription Section, select the subscription to reactivate

  2. Click Actions

  3. Select Reactivate


Bulk Reactivate Subscriptions

You can reactivate multiple cancelled subscriptions at once using the bulk action feature. This is useful when you need to reactivate subscriptions for multiple customers simultaneously.

To bulk reactivate subscriptions:

  1. Navigate to Search from the top navigation

  2. Click on the Order Offers tab

  3. Click Filters to open the query builder

  4. Set the Status filter to Cancelled

  5. Click Apply to filter the list

  6. Select the checkboxes next to the order offers you want to reactivate

  7. Click the Edit X Selected dropdown button

  8. Select Reactivate


  9. In the modal that appears:

    • Type Reactivate Now in the confirmation field
    • Optionally add notes
  10. Click Submit

If you have reactivation responders configured, they will automatically be sent to each customer whose subscription is reactivated through the bulk action.
