Deleted orders cannot be returned

Once an order(s) are deleted, they are removed completely from the database and are unrecoverable. Use extreme caution when bulk deleting Orders.

Test orders can be deleted in bulk easily

1. Navigate from Search to Orders tab

2. Select Filters

3. Choose Test Orders = Yes

   1. Also you may add any additional criteria to your search to limit the orders returned to be deleted

4. Hit Apply

   

5. Next you can select the orders you wish to delete or select all

6. To select all - check the box at the very top or just select the Orders you wish to delete

Pay Attention

By Default the View is set to 25, so when selecting all it will only delete those in view. Max bulk delete (view) can be set to 200

7. Click Edit X Selected

8. Select Delete from the drop down

   

9. You must do a second confirmation to confirm you wish to delete

10. Hit Submit.
