Adding Items & Offers to a Campaign

Once your Campaign has been created with a name and payment method, the next step is to add Items and Offers. This is the third and final required component before your campaign can begin taking sales.

Items and Offers work together to define what you're selling and how customers are billed. Every campaign needs at least one Item/Offer combination to process transactions.

How to Add Items & Offers

Within the Campaign, navigate to the Items Tab
Click Add Items
Select the Item you want to sell
Add the Offers (billing schedules) that this Item can be sold with
- Select from existing offers in your account
- You can select multiple offers to give customers billing options
Click Submit

Editing Campaign Items

Once items are added to your campaign, you can manage them through the Items tab:

Edit Item Settings

Edit the configuration for items in this campaign, including offer associations and settings.

Remove Items from Campaign

Items can be removed from a campaign if they are no longer being sold through this sales channel. Note that removing an item does not affect active customer subscriptions.

Direct Pay URLs

Once you have items and offers added to your campaign (along with payment settings), you gain access to the Direct Pay URL feature. This powerful tool allows you to generate checkout links for specific Item/Offer combinations.

Direct Pay URLs can be:

Embedded as buttons on your website
Shared via email marketing campaigns
Used in social media posts
Distributed through any digital channel

The Direct Pay URL takes customers directly to the Vrio hosted checkout with the item pre-selected and ready to purchase.

Items Tab Features

The Items tab provides quick access to important campaign functionality:

Generate Checkout Links

Click the shopping cart icon next to any Item/Offer combination to instantly generate and copy a Direct Pay URL to your clipboard. This makes it easy to create checkout links on the fly.

View Item/Offer Combinations

See all items available in this campaign along with their associated offers. This gives you a complete view of what's available for purchase through this sales channel.

Campaign Item Management

Add new items, edit existing item configurations, or remove items that are no longer being sold through this campaign.
