Adding a Fraud Connection

To add a new connection, you must go to the Connections area and input the required API credentials and settings, based on the connection you choose.

1. Navigate to Settings
2. Scroll to the bottom to Connections
3. Select Add New Connection

4. Navigate to the Fraud Prevention tab

   

5. Choose the connection and Hit Connect Now

6. Enter the required fields

7. Hit Submit

NoFraud

Within the NoFraud connection, you can determine how you would like that connection to handle the fraud requests.

Obtain the following credentials from your NoFraud or Vrio representative:

• API Key
• Device Javascript URL, if applicable
• Pre-Authorization - By deafult, Pre-Authorization is automatically checked. This will query NoFraud before attempting an authorization from the payment gateway. When this is checked, transactions will be run through NoFraud API before attempting to the gateway, and based on NoFraud settings could be declined and not attempted to gateway.

Activating your Fraud Connection

Once your Fraud connection is added into Vrio, you will apply it to the Campaign(s) that you wish to run fraud on.

1. Navigate to Campaigns

2. Select the Campaign

3. Navigate to Processing Tab

4. Select your Fraud Connection from the drop down

   

5. Hit Save.
