Multiple Campaigns

Reasons why you may have multiple Campaigns:

  • Unique Storefronts or unique Checkout Settings
    • Branding/Icons
    • Requirements & Terms
  • Different sales strategies utilizing unique Payment Routers
  • Payment Restrictions such as BIN Routing or blocking prepaid cards
  • Fraud Connections
  • Shipping Restrictions that do not apply to another Campaign
  • Communication - Emails & SMS
Tip!

Any additional differences in sales strategies can be defined through Tracking Variables, instead of creating multiple campaigns just for analytics.

Use this guide to find more information on your campaigns and checkout settings.

Adding a Campaign

  1. Navigate to Campaigns
  2. Select Add Campaign
  3. Name your Campaign
  4. Select the Payment Type
    1. Merchant - a Single Merchant, or Gateway, will be used for processing all transactions
    2. Payment Router - Multiple Merchants are setup in a Payment Router and utilize logic based routing to determine which Merchant is used per initial transaction.
  5. Hit Submit

Campaign Requirements

Within a campaign there are very few requirements to launch. The following are the required setup components to go live:

  1. Campaign Name
  2. Payment Added, whether a single Merchant or Payment Router
  3. Item/Offers added to be sold

Once those 3 components are added into a Campaign, the Campaign can begin taking sales. However, there are additional advanced setup options to customize a program to your selling needs.

Next Steps: Add Your Items

Now that you've created your campaign and configured your payment method, the next step is to add items and offers so customers can make purchases.
