Promotional profiles allow you to create time-based promotions that automatically apply discounts to offers during specific date ranges. This is perfect for seasonal sales, holiday promotions, or limited-time offers where you want to temporarily reduce prices without manually editing each offer.

Creating a Promotional Profile

Navigate to Settings > Promotional Profiles and click Add Promotional Profile.

Fields:

• Name: Give your promotion a descriptive name (e.g., "Halloween Sale")

• Description: Internal notes about the promotion

• Value Type: Choose Percentage or Dollar amount

• Value: The discount amount (e.g., 10 for 10% off or $10 off)

• Start date: When the promotion begins

• End date: When the promotion ends

• Offers: Select which offers this promotion applies to (or leave blank to apply to all offers)

• Active: Toggle to enable/disable the promotion

  
  

How Promotional Profiles Work

When a promotional profile is active and within its date range, the discount automatically applies to the selected offers at checkout. Customers don't need to enter a code—the discount is applied automatically.

Date-based activation: The promotion only applies during the specified start and end dates. Outside of this window, offers revert to their regular prices.

Offer-specific or site-wide: Apply the promotion to specific offers or leave the offers field blank to apply it site-wide to all offers.
