Adding Cancel Reasons

1. Navigate to Settings

2. Scroll down to Reporting Categories

3. Select Cancel Types

   

4. Select Add Cancel Reason

   

5. Type in the Cancel Reason as it should be displayed

6. Hit Submit

Editing an Existing Cancel Reason

You may go in and edit existing Cancel Reasons to display differently.

To edit a cancel reason:

1. Navigate to Settings

2. Scroll down to Reporting Categories

3. Select Cancel Types

   

4. Select the Cancel Reason you wish to edit

   

5. Update the text

6. Hit Submit

Deleting a Cancel Reason

At this time Cancel Reasons are unable to be deleted.
