Stock Responders are pre-written, standardized messages or templates used for transactional customer communication.

These are created and ready for immediate use. All you have to do is add the Responders to the Campaign and/or Offer you wish to send a responder for.

Stock responders cannot be edited. These can however be duplicate in order to customize the HTML and messaging used in the communication.

Where can I find the Stock Responders?

Navigate to the Settings tab
Scroll down to Communication
Select Responders
Type = Stock will identify the pre-populated responders
Select any responder to preview the content
Always test on your setup prior to going live

Where are the font, colors and images set?

On stock responders, fonts, colors and images are determined on the Campaign.

Navigate to the Campaign and select the Branding Tab. Here you can set your colors
