Activating a Responder

Where do Responders get set?

Responders can be set on the:

  • Campaign - this is the most common setup. These responders will ship for any trigger that occurs within that campaign
  • Offer - these responders will trigger specific to the Offer they are associated with.
  • Offer Cycle - these responders are specifically triggered on certain renewals only.

Offer Responder

Offer Responders are setup directly on the specific Offer. These are specific to orders containing a specific offer.

Offer Cycle Responders

These are located within the Offer on the Configuration tab. Select the cycle you wish to apply responders to.

Setting the Responder

As shown above, the most global responders are setup on the Campaign. If you wish to have more advanced or Offer specific messaging, there are additional responders on the Offer and specific Offer Cycle.

Adding Responders to the Campaign:

  1. Navigate to the Responder Tab on the Campaign

  2. Add the

    1. Sender Email
    2. Sender From
    3. Email Connection
    4. SMS Connection


  3. Select the applicable Responders that you wish to send

    1. Note - Only the responders associated with that trigger type, or responders with no trigger set (legacy option) will display in the dropdown.

  4. Hit Save.


Test

Always test through and confirm communication to your customers is sending as expected.
