User Access
User Roles and Permissions in Vrio define the access to functionalities and analytics available to different users. By creating and assigning User Groups, you can ensure that each team member has the appropriate level of access, tailored to their responsibilities within the organization.
Key benefits
Tailored access: Customize roles to grant specific permissions, ensuring users only access relevant sections.
Enhanced security: Limit access to sensitive data by assigning roles with restricted permissions.
Optimized collaboration: Ensure team members have the tools they need by assigning roles that match their responsibilities.
Streamlined management: Easily manage and modify roles from a centralized area.
Flexibility: Adapt roles as your organization grows or changes, ensuring continued alignment with business needs.
User Components
Within Vrio there are two main components that make up a User:
- User Account - The user account is the individual user record, where that user is assigned to a Group.
- User Group - The User Group is a global set of permissions that can be used across multiple users who require the same level of access.
Ease of Customization
User Permissions give you ultimate control over the level of configuration and data someone can see. Limit access to individual reports or certain dashboard metrics. Limit those to the tracking variables and the data will restrict to just that User Accounts permission levels.
