User Components

Within Vrio there are two main components that make up a User:

1. User Account - The user account is the individual user record, where that user is assigned to a Group.
2. User Group - The User Group is a global set of permissions that can be used across multiple users who require the same level of access.

Ease of Customization

User Permissions give you ultimate control over the level of configuration and data someone can see. Limit access to individual reports or certain dashboard metrics. Limit those to the tracking variables and the data will restrict to just that User Accounts permission levels.
