Bulk delete orders easily by following the below steps.

Permanent delete

Once records are deleted from Vrio, they are deleted permanently. Be sure you have confirmed what you are deleting

To Delete Orders

1. Navigate to Search

2. Select Orders

3. Select Filters

   

4. Add the filters to limit the orders returned. Common filter is Test = Yes

   

5. Hit Apply

6. Choose the Select All box at the top, or select your individual Orders to be deleted

7. Navigate to Edit Selected

8. Select Delete

View By

By default, View is of 25 records. This may be expanded to up to 200. Any bulk updates will update whatever is on the view by. If you have more you will need to run the list again.

9. Next you are required to type "Delete Now" confirming these should be deleted
10. Hit Submit

Q: Can deleted orders be recovered?

A: No, once these are deleted the records are gone.
