Enable Responders to Send

Once you have built your responders, you will need to enable them for use by selecting them across the designated input areas.

Why do I need this

Responders are only sent when they are added to input fields. The input fields are what enables the Responder.

Table Definitions:

Table HeaderDefinition
LocationThe object module that contains the input field.
FieldThe field name where the Responder is selected from a drop down list.
What happensThe description of what will trigger the input field to send the Responder.
Overwritten bySome input fields will be overwritten and will send a Responder from a different location if BOTH input fields are utilized. Example: If you have a Responder input field selected at the Campaign Shipped and Offer Shipped, the Offer Shipped will send NOT the Campaign. Given the Offer Shipped can also be selected at the Offer Cycle level, the Campaign Shipped can also be blocked from sending by Offer Cycle Shipped.

CampaignPartial Responder ScheduleConnects the Campaign to a scheduler for abandon checkouts. These abandon checkouts create Partial Orders. The schedule is used to fine tune the frequency, amount of outbound emails and messaging. See Manage Checkout Abandons.
