What is the Shipments Search

The Shipment search will show you every individual Shipment based on the date the Shipment is created. This will include all Shipping status's.

When would I use this?

This is commonly used when creating a cohort around specific transaction criteria.

• Bulk Updates - updating scheduled shipments
• Reviewing Fulfillment Errors

Quick Actions

On the Shipment Search index, quick actions can be take. When your list of Shipment is displayed, you can:

1. Click on the Shipment Row

2. You will be taken to the shipment page

3. By clicking Shipment Actions , you can take quick actions on that Shipment:

   

4. Follow the prompts and hit submit

Bulk Updates to Shipments

Requirements

For any bulk update, first export the shipments from Vrio.

1. The Internal IDis required when doing a bulk update.
2. The file being imported must be in .csv

The following objects can be updated for scheduled shipments only:

• Tracking Number - once inserted, the shipment status will update to Shipped
• Date Scheduled
• Date Posted
• Date Shipped
• Date Deliver
• Date Return

• Prepaid Shipments
