Reports give you access to you all your data. You can examine your data in almost infinite combinations, display it in easy-to-understand formats, and share the resulting insights with others.

Report Builder

The report builder is a pivot style reporting platform. This allows for multi-dimensional data views and full flexibility on your data.

Within the Report Builder there are stock reports. Each stock report can be saved with a unique view - saving the dimensions and metrics in the view for each time you open that report.

The Report Builder also has many options for customization

  • The layout will be the same across all reports, the data that is output, metrics and available dimensions will differ depending on the report.
  • The Report Builder is where you choose the report type, metrics and dimensions that make up your report view.
  • When creating or editing a report, choose which metrics you want to include in your report.

Rulesets

Rulesets allow a user to create a very specific cohort of customer, orders, transactions to analyze. - include X, exclude Y and save for custom viewing within the reports.

Commonly used when you want to limit the information that you are viewing within the report, without adding multiple dimensions to get there.

Saving Reports

All stock reports can be saved with custom views, called Saved Reports. These reports live under the Saved Report tab and are extremely beneficial allowing you to focus on the data metrics that are most important to you, without spending time each time organizing the data.

Adding Reports to a Dashboard

All stock and saved reports can be added to custom dashboards through Counters and Widgets. These allow you to setup a dashboard which contains metrics from multiple reports all within one view.

Dashboard Widgets are interactable, have the ability to set Targets and Alerts within the Widgets.

Alerts and Notifications

All stock and saved reports have the ability to set Alerts and Schedules within them.

An Alert is a metric based notification where once a metric was reached, Vrio will notify a user(s) from your organization via email and/or text, notifying them which alert was triggered.

A Schedule is a cadenced report that is being sent out to a user(s) withn your organization.

Both Alerts and Schedules are configurable.
