Quantity Discounts

Quantity Discounts are a great option to increase AOV. These can be used as an initial option within the store or within post-purchase upsells to elevate the cart total.

Within the Offer you can set Quantity discounts. Anything purchased within that offer, if a Quantity Discount Profile is present, will automatically apply the discount that is configured.

A common example would be Buy 2 get 1 free. This would apply a discount if the Qty = 3.

Another example would be subscribe and save options. Item A can be sold as a One Time Sale or Subscribe and Save. If you Subscribe you get 10% off. If you Subscribe and buy 2 bottles, get 15% off. The Quantity Discount would be set on the subscription Offer, allowing for a tier of pricing discounts for 1, 2...etc bottles.

Discount Rules

Within the Offer Configuration tab, there is a Discount section. Here you can set logic on how a discount will work when it relates to this Offer.

Apply multiple discounts to total:

• if checked and there are multiple percentage discounts on the offer, all discounts be calculated on the original total (two 50% discounts will equal 100%),
• if unchecked they will be calculated on the balance after each discount is applied (two 50% discounts will equal 75%)
