Offer Types
Offer Types are the different selling strategies that are enabled to allow you to sell your Items how you wish.
One Time Sale
One Time Sale will charge a customer one time, no additional charges or shipments are scheduled.
- Offer Type: This will be One Time Sale
- Multiple Shipments: This will be left unchecked for a One-Time Sale. This setup is used for Prepaids or Offers with multiple shipments
- Fulfillment Delay: The number of hours to delay sending the shipment to fulfillment after a successful charge.
Items - Add any Item to be sold as a one time sale.
Recurring
Recurring Offers will charge a customer on a schedule and continue until the customer cancels. The charge will trigger a shipment, if a physical item is being sold, as well as schedule a next charge and next shipment.
- Offer Type: Recurring
- Dunning Schedule: If you wish to reattempt declined renewals, set the dunning schedule on the recurring Offer.
- Charge Frequency:
- After the initial charge is complete, define when the upcoming renewal charges should be scheduled.
- You can also or create custom time frames if our stock frequency options don't fit your needs.
- Additionally select the time that you wish to attempt.
- Multiple Shipments: This will be left unchecked for a One-Time Sale.
- This setup is used for Prepaids or Offers with multiple shipments that do not trigger with a charge.
- Fulfillment Delay: The number of hours to delay sending the shipment to fulfillment after a successful charge.
- Recurring Price on Items
The base price to be charged for each renewal cycle. NOTE: You can adjust price and item details per cycle within our Advanced Setup.
Prepaid: Non-Recurring
Non-recurring Prepaids will charge a customer once, with no additional scheduled charges. However, multiple shipments can be shipped based on a schedule, which are tied to the single charge. T
he Multiple Shipments functionality will determine when the next shipment is shipped.
- Price: The base price to be charged once.
- Multiple Shipments: This will be checked for a Non-Recurring Prepaid. By checking this box, multiple shipments will be scheduled upon a successful charge.
- Shipment Count
Define how many shipments should be scheduled for one Prepaid Offer. - Shipping Frequency
After the initial shipment is scheduled, define when upcoming shipments should be scheduled. If the stock frequency options do not align with shipping needs, create a custom Timeframe. - Fulfillment Delay
The number of hours to delay sending the shipment to fulfillment after a successful charge.

Recurring Prepaids will charge a customer on a recurring basis, until the customer cancels. Multiple shipments will be shipped which are tied to the single charge. The Multiple Shipments functionality will determine when the next shipment is shipped.
- Price

Connect the Offer to an Item
Once the Offer has been defined, it can be assigned to an Item within a the Campaigns where you wish to sell the Offer. This can be a single Campaign, or multiple Campaigns.
